What happens after the OWL Start-up Pitch? We would also like to support you with network contacts after the OWL Start-up Pitch. Together with Sparkasse Paderborn-Detmold-Höxter, we are inviting the selected teams to a follow-up meeting on September 4, 2025 at 4 p.m. at the Start-up Campus to talk about the progress made after the OWL Start-up Pitch and to network with other valuable contacts.

What do I need to submit for the application?

Send your investment pitch deck to us via the application form by December 1.

Important: Make sure that the following topics are included in your pitch deck: Problem, solution, product, USP, competition, market size, business model/pricing, roadmap, investment plan, team and current network

When is the OWL Start-up Pitch suitable for our team?

You know that your start-up will need financing in the next 6 to 9 months? Do you and your team have your first customers or a first prototype? Then the Start-up Pitch is the right place for you!

When exactly does the OWL Start-up Pitch take place?

The 10th OWL Start-up Pitch will take place in the afternoon of February 12 as part of the moonshots & moneten Start-up Summit. The exact time is still to be determined.

Does our company have to be based in Ostwestfalen-Lippe?

You don't necessarily have to be based in OWL with your team. However, a connection to our region would be a prerequisite for participation, for example if you studied here at a university in the region or if East Westphalia-Lippe is your home.
