For us, start-up coaching means structured support for your start-up - from brainstorming and financing to networking with partners.
Let our coaches support you on the path to your own start-up. Benefit from our know-how, our prototyping areas and the garage33 network. Take our coaches' tips and tricks to heart and don't be embarrassed to ask them questions - because your goal is also ours: a successful start-up!
We provide you with knowledge on topics such as lean start-ups, design thinking and project management in individual consulting sessions.
We build physical and/or digital prototypes with you in our maker space and media studio.
We give you access to our community of start-ups, students and mentors.
Start your start-up journey
Do you have a start-up idea, are you looking for support or don't know how to get your idea ready for the market? Our start-up coaches will support you individually in the further development of your idea - regardless of whether you are still at the very beginning or want to hit the ground running!
Idea check
In an initial kick-off meeting with one of our start-up coaches, we get to know you and your idea. Based on this, we will look at what we can do to support you with your project.
Your benefits: From the first meeting onwards, you will have your own experienced start-up coach at your side.
The aim of this stage is to evaluate the status quo and formulate the next steps on the way to market maturity.
Validation
We develop an individual coaching roadmap with you to validate your idea using the lean start-up method. You will learn to understand your target group and validate your own idea with targeted experiments.
Your benefits: Learn how to validate your start-up idea in reality and develop it further based on customer feedback.
Aim of this stage: Reach the problem-customer fit and open the door to the next phase.
Business plan
You will receive support in developing content for your business plan and your company pitch. You will also receive help with applications for grants and funding programs such as the Gründerstipendium.NRW or EXIST.
Your benefits: You have the opportunity to get your own office in our incubator free of charge.
Goal of this stage: The theoretical problem-solution fit has been achieved. You now have a clear idea of the customer who will buy your product.
Start-up programs
Go through qualification programs together with other founding teams to take your idea to the next level.
Incubate
We help you to build and validate your business model. With the aim of finding the right product-market fit, we provide you with tools and methods to create a solid foundation for the foundation of your company.
Your benefits: Access to the garage33 business angel and venture capital network.
Goal of this stage: The validated problem-solution fit has been achieved. You have generated initial sales with early adopters with my business model and are now ready to scale.
Accelerate
You will receive help in creating and validating your pricing model and will be enabled to build your own financial plan. You will also receive support in creating an investor pitch deck.
Your benefits: Access to individual scaling workshops and one-to-one mentoring with experienced entrepreneurs.
Goal of this stage: Achieving product-market fit with the associated validated pricing model.
