APPOYNT solves a key problem for many service providers: short-term appointment cancellations or no-shows by customers, which affect up to 15% of all appointments and cause high sales losses. At the same time, fragmented communication via WhatsApp, email or social media makes appointment management more difficult. APPOYNT offers an AI-supported solution that automates appointment management and customer communication, detects cancellations in real time and synchronizes them directly with the service provider's calendar. Customers receive automatic reminders, waiting lists are informed and cancellation invoices can be created. With APPOYNT, service providers save time, reduce lost sales and increase customer satisfaction.

The founding team of APPOYNT combines business, technical and entrepreneurial know-how. Konstantin Anklam, a Master's student in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and with experience in sales, marketing and accounting, brings sound expertise in sales and business model development. Giovanni Ronge contributes eight years of experience in mechanical engineering, process automation and AI-supported software development. Ian Eberhardt complements the team with his background in international business, project management and business development. The core team is supported by experienced experts in software and legal matters.
