KATMA CleanControl sets a new safe standard for truck load compartment cleaning. The robot cleans and disinfects truck loading compartments fully automatically around the clock (24/7), inexpensively (from €26), quickly (from 3 minutes) and always with a cleaning certificate. The certificate is clearly assigned to the truck license plate and automatically entered into the TMS or ERP system via an interface. This enables seamless logging. KATMA saves up to 75% water, up to 90% chemicals and up to 60% energy compared to manual washing and guarantees clean and safe transportation. Pay-Per-Wash means: No fixed costs! Instead of selling the machine, you are only charged for the washes you do each month.
KATMA CleanControl was founded by the brothers Felix and Patrick Kathöfer. Both brought together their expertise from the metal and electrical engineering sectors. Their penchant for automation and their hands-on mentality led to the development of the innovative truck load compartment cleaning system. The original duo has now grown to an 11-strong team that shares the vision and drive of the founders. With a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a great deal of dedication, this team of movers and shakers is driving the continuous improvement of fully automated load compartment cleaning.
The biggest milestones for us have always been new partnerships. Whether Transfrigoroute, Cold Chain Federation or Stockmeier Chemie - every cooperation has helped us to further develop our technology, which has helped us enormously.
