Moby is a removable camping installation for almost any van. Moby can be quickly and easily installed and removed as a modular system. This means that you can convert your neighbor's or rental van into a motorhome in just a few simple steps, without interfering with the vehicle shell. After the vacation, Moby can be stowed away to save space or used creatively. Compared to its expensive motorhome competitors, the van is now available as a utility vehicle again. Consisting of sustainable materials that can be returned to the cycle, Moby can be completely customized.
The founding team of Moby consists of Vera Maria Hesse and Frauke Hollmann. Not only have they been passionate campers since childhood, they also run an interior design office together in Detmold. They developed MOBY from a former student project and a shared interest in camping and good design. The two founders bring know-how from the fields of interior design, retail design, marketing and coaching.
MobyCamper is taking part in this year's Call for Ideas 2024. MobyCamper has received KickStart funding to finance the prototype.
