Amrita Gilsdorf-Maskos and Elisabeth Tophinke are both managers and mothers. They have experienced the challenges of balancing family and career in different facets and forms themselves and have found solutions. After Amrita dealt with the socially relevant topic of education and integration as head of a language school, she is now devoting herself to the next big challenge: female empowerment. As an engineer in a male-dominated industry, Elisabeth transfers the skills she acquires in her role as a parent into her everyday life as a manager.
