Prisma Schools is a modular software system that was developed in collaboration with over 30 of the largest tutoring schools and educational institutes in Germany. Developed from a close exchange with practitioners, it maps all central processes of modern tutoring schools precisely and efficiently, from student administration to digital lesson organization.
The system consists of five independent modules. Each school can use exactly the modules that are relevant to its structure and working methods. This modularity means that Prisma Schools can be flexibly adapted to individual requirements without any unnecessary complexity.
The special claim of Prisma Schools lies in the combination of technical clarity and a deep understanding of the industry. The system integrates seamlessly into existing processes, creates an overview, reduces administrative work and supports schools in future-proofing their processes.
Prisma Schools is not a general administration tool, but a specialized software system developed with and for tutoring schools with the aim of taking organization, communication and learning success to a new level.
The Prisma team consists of Ensar Hasanovic and Felix Deipenbrock. Both are studying economics at the University of Paderborn and contribute technical and financial expertise. Ensar, 20, is in charge of technical implementation and has years of experience in game and app development. Felix, 21, was Assistant Chief Financial Officer at Universal Transport and Sales Development Representative at Saasmetrix, with knowledge in accounting, financing and startup founding. Both have known each other for over five years and act as Creative Directors for the project - Prisma.
Prisma Schools has developed into a highly sought-after software system in the tutoring industry in a very short space of time. The company is profitable and supports numerous large tutoring schools ranging from owner-managed institutions to established educational centers throughout Germany.
Demand is growing continuously: month after month, more schools are choosing Prisma Schools, supported by recommendations, targeted programs and close cooperation with well-known educational institutions.
At the same time, the team is also growing: the first employees have been hired and the next steps are being prepared. An experienced business angel is providing Prisma Schools with strategic and financial support as it continues to grow.
What started out as a practical idea is now developing dynamically into a permanent fixture in the education sector. Prisma Schools is in the process of growing up and is increasingly perceived as a reliable, innovative partner for tutoring and educational institutions.
