QueueGo is a digital solution for medical practices that sustainably reduces waiting times. Instead of sitting in a full waiting room, patients receive real-time information via the app about when their appointment will actually start. This means they arrive neither too early nor too late, but exactly on time. For practices, this means a significant reduction in workload: fewer full waiting rooms, more relaxed processes and greater satisfaction among patients and staff. QueueGo can be easily integrated into existing practice processes and thus offers direct added value without taking up additional time. The motto: "Waiting time becomes lifetime."

The founding team of QueueGo

The team behind QueueGo consists of Jona Grothus and Lukas Kaminski, who have known each other since 2017 and form a well-rehearsed duo. Jona brings experience from self-employment, marketing and sales, while Lukas impresses with his technical expertise in IT infrastructure and security. Their strengths complement each other perfectly and they have built up a close working relationship through numerous joint projects - the perfect basis for successfully implementing QueueGo.

QueueGo won the Westphalia Challenge of STARTUP TEENS, took 2nd place nationwide and came 3rd in the Call for Ideas 2025.
