ScaleUnit is setting new standards in recruiting with an AI recruiting agent developed in-house. The company's vision is to radically simplify and optimize the application process - for both applicants and recruiters. With innovative AI and software solutions, ScaleUnit eliminates dependency on traditional recruitment agencies and job boards, enabling customers to make significant cost savings. More than 150 industrial and IT companies are already using the AI agent with great success. The continuous further development of the AI and software solutions aims to achieve a high level of integration into the HR processes of ScaleUnit's customers.
The founding team of ScaleUnit consists of Richard and Maximilian Kleeschulte. Richard is co-founder of the logistics start-up "Cargoboard" (70 employees, € 30 million turnover, profitable) and is responsible for the further development of the software. Maximilian brings extensive HR expertise from more than 300 consultations in the areas of marketing and sales. The team is complemented by 11 other employees who bring specialized know-how and the drive to turn the HR market upside down together!
